Paul W. Johnson has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 1980. Paul W. began their career as an Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy, followed by a System Engineer role at IMP in 1986. In 1987, they joined Northrop Grumman as an Information Engineer, where they provided engineering support for a variety of systems, wrote over 50 technical documents, and developed integrated Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems. In 2004, they became the Enterprise Architecture Director at SYS Technologies, and then in 2008, they took on the same role at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. Currently, they are the CEO of Pragmatica Innovations, where they work to provide services and products to optimize enterprises.

Paul W. Johnson received their BS in Computer Science from Kennedy Western University between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they earned an AS in Drafting & Design from Tidewater Community College between 1989 and 1997, and an AS in Electronics Engineering from Tidewater Community College between 1987 and 1993.
