Shane Geary currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations at Pragmatic Semiconductor since November 2023. Prior to this, Shane was a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland from July 2021 to November 2023, contributing to the representation of US multi-nationals in Ireland. With a long tenure at Analog Devices from 1994 to November 2023, Shane held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Wafer Fab Operations/Technology and General Manager at Analog Devices International. Shane's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School (2022-2024), an Enterprise Leadership Program at MIT Sloan School of Management (2020-2021), an MSc in Applied Statistics from Sheffield Hallam University (2003-2005), an MEngSc in Microelectronics from University College Cork (1998-2001), and a BSc in Applied Physics and Electronics from University of Galway (1990-1994).
