Samridh Jaiswal is an accomplished physicist currently serving as Principal Engineer in Emerging Technologies at Pragmatic since June 2024. Prior to this role, Samridh worked at Allegro MicroSystems from January 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included material stack engineering, systematic testing of process parameters, and product characterization for TMR stack performance. Earlier experience includes a position as Marie Curie Research Fellow at Singulus Technologies AG (September 2014 - September 2017), focusing on the development of PMA-based SOT-MRAM materials and material optimization for memory applications, alongside extensive characterisation techniques. Samridh holds a Master of Science in Physics from Durham University (2014), a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (2018), and a Master of Physics from Durham University (2012).
