Aviral Sharma has been serving as a Customer Support Associate at Pragmasys Consulting LLP and Pragmasys – A UST Company since October 2021. In this role, Aviral is responsible for analyzing business queries from clients and providing optimized CRM solutions through a consultative approach while staying updated on the latest features and functionalities of MS D365 CRM. Aviral holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, obtained between July 2013 and June 2017, with studies also completed at Kanpur Institute of Technology during the same period.
