Morten Krath has a diverse work experience. Morten started their career in 1999 as a Theater Technician at Peter Schaufuss Balleten, where they worked until 2003. In 2005, they joined PRAGMASOFT A/S as a Partner, and later became the CTO in 2015. In 2007, they joined LEGO System A/S as a Consultant, and remained in that role until 2016.

From 2003 to 2005, Morten Krath attended Aarhus Business College, where they pursued a degree in Datamatiker. During this period, they focused on studying c#, asp.net, and MSSQL.
