Ltd., where Vijay served as Head of Business: MFI and Vice President Operations respectively. With experience in companies like Accion and SKS Microfinance Limited, Vijay has led various commercial and regional management roles, contributing to the growth and expansion of these organizations. Vijay holds a Post Graduate diploma in rural management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Marwari College Bhagalpur.
