Paul Cottam currently serves as Chief People Officer at PRÆSIDIAD, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes Vice President of Human Resources for Airframe Systems at Meggitt from March 2020 to March 2023, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Fintyre Group from September 2018 to February 2020. Notable roles at Essentra include HR Director for Europe, where responsibilities spanned 39 locations across 15 countries, and an interim Site Director role to improve operations at a key manufacturing and distribution site. Paul has also served as Trustee Director for Essentra Pension Trustees Limited and has held various human resources management roles across companies such as Prodrive, Skanska UK, Lear Corporation, and TRW. Paul is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School and holds a BA Honors in Human Resources Management from Teesside University.
