Aleksandra Parusel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager, Resourcing & Projects, and Talent Acquisition Partner at PRÆSIDIAD since February 2017. Aleksandra has led group-wide talent acquisition processes across various functions within the EMEA region and played a key role in establishing a Shared Service Center in Katowice. Previous roles include Senior HR Generalist for Europe & Sales Branches, where Aleksandra provided HR support across multiple international locations, and HR Specialist, focusing on employer branding and compliance. Prior to PRÆSIDIAD, Aleksandra worked at Heerema Fabrication Group and WorkToday, gaining expertise in recruitment and HR services. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Uniwersytet Opolski.
