In 2005, they moved to NextServices, where they served as the Head of Operations - Revenue Cycle Management for eight years. At NextServices, they implemented key performance indicators and focused on improving departmental operations. In 2013, Chawla joined Practolytics as the CEO, where they spearheaded major corporate decisions and played a crucial role in driving customer success. Manik achieved significant growth for the company, with a CAGR of 60% over six years and an annualized revenue run rate of $13M. Additionally, they built offshore global service delivery capabilities from scratch, growing the team to over 600 associates. Chawla's leadership and strategic acumen have been instrumental in the success and growth of the companies they have worked for.

Manik Chawla obtained an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2004 and 2006.
