Sam Hawkins has over 20 years of extensive experience in recruitment and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Interim and Permanent Recruitment at Practicus since May 2012, Sam leads recruitment divisions with a focus on guiding clients through change. Prior roles include Director of Permanent Recruitment, General Manager of Interim Management, and Senior Consultant at Practicus, where specialty areas included placing senior leaders in HR, Finance, IT, and business transformation. Previously, Sam held senior management positions at REED and PeoplePlus UK, overseeing significant recruitment performance and managing large teams. Sam began a career in retail management at Debenhams, managing flagship store departments. Sam holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton.
