Ross Garrod has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Founder and CEO of Practice Pal since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Music Examiner at Trinity College London starting from November 2011. Their earliest work experience was in music performance, where they played percussion and drum kit for various renowned orchestras and artists, including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Elton John White Tie and Tiara Ball, and HRH The Queen. This experience dates back to September 2009.

Ross Garrod received a Bachelor of Music degree from the Royal Northern College of Music from 2005 to 2009. Ross then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Music from the Royal Academy of Music from 2009 to 2011.
