Sahil Ramane serves as a Computer Vision Engineer at Praan since January 2023, focusing on utilizing Lidars and cameras for large-scale imaging to address air pollution challenges. Prior experience includes a role as Driverless Team Lead at Orion Racing India from June 2020 to June 2023, where oversight of a 10+ member team involved managing the development of autonomous software and hardware integration. Sahil also contributed to the perception pipeline for a driverless Formula Student Vehicle as a Driverless Team Member. A Vehicle Control Software Intern at DORLECO, responsibility included designing software architecture for ADAS features, and participation as a Software Team Member in Team KJSCE Robocon was also noted. Sahil holds a Bachelor of Technology from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering and completed HSC in Science at Ramnarain Ruia College.
