Robert Scott is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Security at PRA Group since June 2024, Robert transitioned from the role of Security Process Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining PRA Group, Robert was a Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI, managing operations in various African Legat Offices. Robert's extensive FBI tenure also includes serving as the Assistant Legal Attaché in Riga, where coordination of programs across the Baltic states took precedence. Robert's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as the Acting Unit Chief of the International Operations Division for Africa, supervising all FBI operations in the region. Earlier career roles included serving as a Special Agent with the Virginia State Police, where Robert conducted criminal investigations and held collateral duties as a Bomb Technician and Arson Investigator. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.
