Mote Kite is an experienced professional in credit management and collections, currently serving as the Collections Team Leader at PRA Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mote held various leadership positions including Team Leader at Auto & General from April 2021 to November 2022, and Senior Team Lead/Contact Centre Manager at Collection House Group from September 2012 to April 2021.
