Connie Connelly O'Brien has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles related to marketing, digital operations, and strategy. Connie is currently serving as the SVP of Marketing & Digital Operations at PRA Group since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Tungsten Network from 2016 to 2019, focusing on data analytics, customization, and optimization.

Before their role at Tungsten Network, Connie held two positions at Affinion Group in 2015, serving as the SVP of Chief Digital Officer and later as the SVP of Chief Marketing Officer, U.S. Membership. During their tenure, they led the transformation and development of the customer engagement framework.

From 2012 to 2015, Connie worked at Vonage as the VP of eCommerce, where they led the eCommerce channel and implemented various strategies to drive customer acquisition and improve online presence.

Earlier in their career, they held roles at YWCA NYC as a Board Member from 2010 to 2013, and at AXA Equitable as the SVP of Internet Strategy & Development from 2007 to 2012. At AXA Equitable, they successfully implemented digital strategies and received industry recognition for their achievements.

Additionally, Connie has experience working as a Digital Strategist at Constance C O'Brien Consulting and as a Marketing Strategist at Euro RSCG Circle, further showcasing their expertise in strategic planning and consulting.

Throughout their career, Connie has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on digital transformation, customer engagement, and business growth.

Connie Connelly O'Brien obtained a B.A. degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan in 1987. In 2011, they completed the Artesy Institute of Executive Education's Leadership through Change program at The Wharton School. In 2007, they attended IMD and studied ELC 8 - The Importance of the Internet. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Section4 Certified Brand Strategist from Section4 and as an ABM Certification Foundations from Demandbase, obtained in 2021 and 2017 respectively.
