Sara Talsma has extensive experience in human resources and marketing. Sara served as the SVP of People at PRA Business Events, where they were responsible for creating exceptional business event experiences. Prior to that, they worked for HOLLY HUNT as the VP of HR & Marketing for 12 years. Sara also held positions as the Director of HR at Telution and as an HR Manager at Towers Perrin-ISR. Sara began their career as an HR Assistant Manager at Neiman Marcus.

Sara Talsma's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Albion College. Sara studied Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology and received their Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. Following this, Sara pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at Northwestern University, completing it in 1997. There is no additional information about their education before Albion College.
