Mitchell Roberts is the Co-Founder and CEO of PR Management Corp./PR Restaurants LLC, overseeing a successful 60-unit franchise of Panera Bread since May 1997. In addition to leadership roles, Mitchell is a member of AIPAC and YPO, an international network of Presidents and CEOs. Investment endeavors include involvement with companies such as Toast and MiniLuxe, alongside acting as an angel investor in various sectors, including restaurant tech and real estate. Prior board positions include service as Board Member for Snipits and President of the Board of Trustees for the Huntington Theatre Company. Educational credentials include a Master's in Strategy and Marketing from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
