Roberta Nepomuceno has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Gerente de bebidas e alimentos at Le Pain Quotidien since July 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing the factory operations, managing costs, coordinating work schedules, training staff, and developing seasonal menus while managing centralized inventory for store supplies. Previously, Roberta worked at Grupo Trio - Eventos e Gastronomia from 2008 to 2013 as Chef de Cozinha, Event Coordinator, and Restaurant Manager. Educational qualifications include a course in Process Improvement Techniques from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2017), a Postgraduate degree in Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2010-2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy from Senac São Paulo (2003-2005).
