Andrew Tottle currently serves as the Head of Food & Beverages at Le Pain Quotidien, a position held since October 2020. In addition, Andrew has been with Ole & Steen since December 2016, where duties include the roles of Operations Chef and Head of Food. Previous experience includes serving as Area Chef and Head Chef at Côte Brasserie from January 2014 to November 2016 and working as a Senior Chef at h Club London from January 2012 to January 2014.
