Line Christiansen is an experienced servicedesigner currently working at P+, Pensionskassen for Akademikere since November 2022. Previously, Line held the position of service designer at Telenor from December 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included market potential analysis, user needs assessment, workshop design, user journey mapping, and conducting customer and employee interviews. Line also worked as a student analyst within Telenor's Agile PMO, focusing on lightweight governance for business development. Earlier experience includes roles at Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse as a student assistant and various customer service positions at CBB Mobil A/S. Line holds a Master's degree in Digital Design and Interactive Technologies from IT-Universitetet in Copenhagen and a Bachelor's degree in Teknoantropologi from Aalborg University, complemented by a study abroad program in Management Information Systems at Hawaii Pacific University. Additionally, Line serves as an instructor at Unity Gym, teaching CrossFit since December 2016.
