Rachel ElChaar is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PPL Corporation since July 2023. Previously, Rachel spent seven years at Zulily, advancing from HR Coordinator to HR Manager, where responsibilities included resolving employee relations issues, supporting operations client groups, partnering with leadership on initiatives, and leading recruitment efforts that resulted in hiring 850 Warehouse Associates. Rachel also has experience in buying and merchandising as a Manager at CHAAR.
