Christina Stefan has a diverse work experience in the field of design research and service design. Christina is currently working at PPL Corporation as a Lead Service Designer since 2022, where they collaborate with experience designers to conduct efficient and actionable research. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they held the role of Sr. Experience Researcher at PPL Corporation, where they supported multiple agile workstreams with exploratory to evaluative research methods.

In 2018, Christina Stefan had various roles, including presenting guest lectures on design and usability testing at Harvard Extension School and the University of Pennsylvania. Christina also worked as a Sr. Design Researcher at the City of Philadelphia from 2020 to 2021, where they played a pivotal role in the ethical user research and digital transformation process.

Christina Stefan's earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Design Researcher and Interim Design Director at Design Science Consulting Inc. from 2018 to 2019. In these roles, they contributed to field research and usability studies, supervised employees, and managed the design department. Additionally, they worked as a Marine Conservation Intern at the Reef Environmental Education Foundation in 2018, focusing on engaging the public in conservation issues through design.

Prior to these roles, Christina Stefan started their career at Design Science Consulting Inc. as a Design Researcher and Designer from 2014 to 2018.

Christina Stefan completed their education starting from 2006 to 2010 at Communications High School. Christina then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design at the University of the Arts from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as UserZoom Advanced Certification and UserZoom Platform Essentials from UserZoom. Christina is also an Advanced Open Water Diver certified by PADI.
