Kristi Patton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at PPI Quality & Engineering, LLC since April 2015, Kristi drives HR programs and acts as a business partner to senior leadership while championing employee engagement and operational excellence. Previous roles include Manager of Human Resources at Paradigm, HR Business Partner at Aker Solutions, Senior Human Resources Generalist at Pasadena Refining System Inc., HR Business Partner at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, and Sr. HR Coordinator at BMC Software. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
