Greg Pitts is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the drilling and completion sectors of the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Drilling Engineer at PPI Quality & Engineering, LLC since February 2013, Greg has led well planning and execution for deepwater operations, and has conducted peer reviews for multiple projects. Prior to this, Greg held the position of VP of Engineering & Business Development at CEI, where responsibilities encompassed engineering, sales, marketing, and financial management. Greg's career also includes roles as Drilling Manager at ATP Oil & Gas Corporation, GOM Drilling Superintendent and International Drilling Manager at Devon Energy, and various engineering positions at Amoco Production Company. Greg holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and an Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
