Juan Andres Umaña Perea has a diverse work experience in various positions and companies. Juan Andres started their career as an Alumno en Practica at CODELCO CHILE División El Teniente in 2007. Juan Andres then worked as an Asistente administrativo y técnico at RFID Chile, where they provided administrative and technical support. Juan Andres later joined Derco as an Asesor Técnico, where they were responsible for customer service and providing technical advice.

In 2010, Juan joined BC BEARING CHILE S.A. as Jefe de Ventas Norte Chico, focusing on the mining industry. Juan Andres then held the position of Regional Product Manager, responsible for managing the company's branches in Chile. Later, they became Gerente de Ingeniería y Desarrollo de Productos, where they managed the technical-commercial aspects to enhance the company's presence in the target market and expand its product portfolio.

From 2016, Juan worked at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler. Juan Andres started as a Field Application Engineer, providing technical support to clients in the material transportation sector. Juan Andres then became a Key Account Manager, responsible for technical-commercial management in the Antofagasta and central zone of Chile. Currently, they serve as a Sales Manager - Chile, focusing on developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.

Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated a strong technical background, customer-oriented approach, and ability to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.

Juan Andres Umaña Perea attended INACAP from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Ing. en Maquinaria y Veh. Automotrices with a field of study in Maquinaria Pesada. Juan Andres also achieved a degree in Ing en Maquinaria y Veh. Automotrices with a field of study in Ingeniería mecánica at the same institution during the same period. In addition to their degrees, Juan obtained a certification in Rodamientos y Herramientas de Montaje from Schaeffler in November 2013.
