Sophie Criscione has a diverse work experience in the beauty and retail industries. Sophie began their career at Pohlad Companies as a Communications Intern in 2015. Sophie moved on to Kohl's in 2016, where they held various roles as a Product Development Coordinator for Junior's Knit Tops and Women's Tek Gear, and later as an Associate Product Manager for Junior's Wovens & Sweaters. In 2019, they joined PPI Beauty as an Associate Brand Manager for Freeman Beauty, and later became the Brand Manager for Freeman and EcoTools. Sophie continues to excel in their role at PPI Beauty as a Brand Manager.

Sophie Criscione attended Whitney M Young Magnet High School from 2008 to 2012. Sophie then pursued their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016. Sophie studied in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication during their time at the university. In 2015, they briefly studied at Universidad de Sevilla, although no degree name or field of study is specified for this period.
