Michael Petruski has over a decade of experience in information technology and customer support. Currently serving as the Global IT Service Team Lead, ITSM Trainer, and Support Analyst II at PPG Industries since March 2019, Michael has previously held roles including Helpdesk Analyst at All Lines Technology, L1 System Analyst at Giant Eagle, and Retail Associate at TJX. Michael began their career as a Game Mechanic and Lasertag Attendant at Wildwood Highlands. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and an Information Technical Support degree from the Community College of Allegheny County.
