Melinda Crum has extensive experience in process safety and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Global Process Lead SAP S/4 - Production Execution at PPG since June 2007. Melinda earned both Black Belt certification from SBTI and Green Belt (Accelerator) certification for projects focusing on product loss and inventory accuracy. Melinda's previous roles at PPG included Process Safety Manager and EHS Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed compliance with OSHA's Process Safety Management, environmental program management, and leading safety initiatives. Melinda started with an internship at Speedway SuperAmerica, followed by a technical sales internship at Ashland Inc. Melinda holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and Geology from Ohio University and the University of Dayton, respectively.
