Nkosilathi Masiye is a Reliability Engineer at PPC Zimbabwe since October 2017, focusing on maintenance strategies for a major cement manufacturer, including people and project management for equipment upgrades. Previously, Nkosilathi held roles as Plant Engineer and Section Engineer (Quarry Mine) from April 2015 to May 2017, gaining expertise in various crushing technologies and maintenance management. Nkosilathi began as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, acquiring fundamental skills in maintenance and project implementation. Nkosilathi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology, completed in August 2014.
