Paul Stoica is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in litigation and digital transformation within the energy sector. Currently serving as Head of Litigation Market at PPC Energy since October 2023, Paul coordinates litigation activities for Enel supply companies in Greece. Previously, Paul held positions with Enel România from December 2010 to October 2023, including Legal Transformation Focal Point, where efforts were focused on the digital transformation of legal processes, and Head of Litigation Market for Enel Energie SA and Enel Energie Muntenia SA. Paul's career began at Electrica, followed by various legal counsel roles within the Enel Group and Enel România. Paul holds a Master's degree in Business Law from West University of Timisoara and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitatea Banatului Timisoara.
