Hans-Martin Don has extensive experience in leadership and advocacy within healthcare and social services. Currently serving as Ambassador for the Grip op Onbegrip program at ZonMw, Hans-Martin focuses on collaboration and knowledge development to support misunderstood individuals. Hans-Martin also holds the position of Chair for the Grip op Onbegrip program at the Motorrijdersactiegroep (MAG) and is a board member of PoZoB. Previously, Hans-Martin contributed to the Leger des Heils as a board advisor and was the general director of LJ&R, overseeing youth protection and reintegration. Hans-Martin's past roles include Senator in the Eerste Kamer der Staten-Generaal, where Hans-Martin engaged in various committees, and director of the CWZW Limburg/Brabant, leading welfare initiatives. Education includes a Master's in Health Sciences from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree from Vronestein Voorburg.
