Pawel Sliwinski is an accomplished executive and academic with extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and CEO of INC SA and Dom Maklerski INC S.A., along with similar roles at Carpathia Capital SA and INC Private Equity, Pawel also holds a Vice Chairman position at Nationale-Nederlanden Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie SA and Nationale-Nederlanden Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. as Chair of the Audit Committee. Additionally, Pawel is a Professor of International Finance and Head of the International Finance Department at Poznan University of Economics, contributing to the field through teaching and research. Educational qualifications include a Habilitation and Ph.D. in International Finance from Poznan University of Economics And Business, and a Master of Economics from the same institution.
