Laetitia Saulnier began their career in 2018 with a stage in web development and communication at Syndicat de la Métallurgie de Franche-Comté CFE-CGC. In 2021, they joined Zero Games Studios as a Game Designer Intern for a 6 month mission on PowerZ, an educational game for 6-12yo players. Her role included creating a complete island for the game, conceiving gameplay mechanics, and writing game design documents in English. In 2022, they returned to PowerZ as a Game Designer, where they were responsible for conceiving and testing gameplay mechanics, working on player retention mechanics, and writing game design documents in English for the production teams.
Laetitia Saulnier obtained their Baccalauréat in Sciences Techniques du Management et de la Gestion - option Mercatique from Lycée Gustave Courbet in Belfort in 2016. Laetitia then went on to pursue a DUT MMI - spécialité Communication from MMI Montbéliard, which they completed in 2018. Laetitia followed this up with a Licence Professionnelle Métiers du Jeu Vidéo in Jeux vidéo from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III in 2019. In 2020, they completed a Master 1 Arts Plastiques option Jeux Vidéo in Jeux vidéo from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III. Laetitia is currently pursuing a Master 2 (M2) in Jeux sur ordinateur et programmation from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
