Aviral Bajpai has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Aviral started their career as a Software Developer at Avadh Texwood & Systems (P) Ltd. in 2010, where they eventually became a Team Leader in the TOPSPIN ERP & iOS App Wing. In 2015, they joined Powerweave and worked as a Senior Software Developer, Team Lead, and Solutions Architect. Moving on to PHI Technologies in 2019, Aviral served as a Solution Architect, AVP - Products, and eventually became the VP of Technology. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Technology at Powerweave, starting in 2023.

Aviral Bajpai holds a Master's degree in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University, which was completed in 2020. Prior to this, Aviral pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science with a focus on Data Science and Machine Learning from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore. Before their diploma, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Aviral completed their Senior Secondary education in Science from City Montessori School, and also attended the same school for their High School education.
