Michael Guthammar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business valuation, corporate finance advisory, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Michael serves as the Owner of Windeye Partners, providing expert assistance to entrepreneurs and investment funds since December 2005. As an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Stevens Institute of Technology, Michael teaches graduate-level courses in Corporate Finance and Financial Decision Making. Additional roles include Advisor for TechFinanceCFO, Pzaz TV, HIE of One, and Balanced Business Advisors, along with Senior Advisor positions at Lenox Hill Capital Advisors and PME Capital. Michael's academic background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS from Stockholm School of Economics.
