Ramya K. Chinta possesses extensive experience in project management and instructional design, currently serving as Project Manager and Instructional Designer/LMS Admin at PowerTrain, Inc. since June 2018. Prior roles include Associate Consultant at TiER1 Performance Solutions and various positions at Carnegie Mellon University, including UX Research Intern and Building Supervisor, where Ramya coordinated events and supervised staff. Ramya has contributed to significant research initiatives in UX and HCI, developing usability studies and analyzing data for projects at UPMC hospitals. Additionally, Ramya held marketing and internships that involved content creation and media management. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Maryland, Ramya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Decision Science with a minor in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
