Ramona Mbong is an experienced Instructional Designer currently working at PowerTrain, Inc. since January 2021, with prior experience at CVS Health from November 2016 to January 2021. Ramona specializes in designing and developing various training programs and materials, including virtual instructor-led training and web-based training, utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Connect. With a strong background in education, Ramona has also served as a Middle School Teacher at OAK Leadership Institute and has coaching experience in volleyball. Ramona's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Earlham College, where an undergraduate degree in Biology was also obtained.
