Leslie Larson is an experienced Instructional Designer with a diverse background in developing training courses and eLearning solutions. Currently employed at PowerTrain, Inc. since March 2022, Leslie previously held positions at IDOL Talent and Your Instructional Designer LLC, focusing on course design using Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, and Storyline, as well as creating Instructor Led Training and exam prep courses. With a volunteer role at Rumie, Leslie contributed to accessible eLearning for adult learners worldwide, leveraging instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement. Leslie's earlier experience includes serving as an Educator and Curriculum Writer at Butner-Stem Middle School, where responsibilities included developing career-focused learning programs and collaborating with fellow educators. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from North Carolina State University and continues to advance professional skills through ongoing IDOL courses Academy education.
