Sienna J. Brown is an accomplished leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience in shaping organizational culture and enhancing talent experiences. Currently serving as Head of Growth at PowerToFly since July 2020, Sienna has held multiple leadership roles focused on DEI strategy, training, and consultancy. As the founder of Las Morenas de España, Sienna empowers a global community of over 170,000 expats by sharing resources and fostering connections. Previous roles include Business Development and Marketing Manager at Sun and Co., CEO and Director of Communications and Marketing at WildSpice Magazine, and various positions in community management and marketing. Sienna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Vassar College, supplemented by studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
