Ian Chang is an experienced professional in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) management. Currently serving as Quality Manager and Acting Director of HSEQ Accreditation & Compliance at Powertech Labs Inc. since March 2019, Ian brings extensive expertise from a prior role as Regional Quality Manager at Intertek, where employment spanned from July 1992 to March 2019. Additionally, Ian worked as a Materials Engineer at Powertech from May 1990 to March 1992. Ian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Metals & Materials Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in 1990.
