Mariana Caballero is an experienced professional in customer success and experience management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at both PowerSchool and Allovue since early 2024 and mid-2023, respectively. Prior to these roles, Mariana held various positions at SchoolMint from 2015 to 2023, including Vice President of Customer Experience and Senior Director of Customer Success, contributing to a comprehensive career development in customer relationship management. Earlier experience includes a role as Data Manager at Democracy Builders from May 2014 to August 2015. Mariana holds a B.S. in Biological and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, completed in 2013, and graduated from Muscle Shoals High School in 2009.
