Laura Preslan is an accomplished author, executive coach, and consultant currently working at Advoture, Inc. since August 2023. With an extensive background at Microsoft from October 2006 to July 2023, Laura held various leadership roles including General Manager of Partner Incentives and Investments, where strategic design initiatives were implemented for Microsoft's Commercial business, and GM of Industry Strategy and Offerings, focusing on creating solutions for core industries. Previous experience includes senior positions at Deloitte Consulting, AMR Research, Watch Hill Partners, META Group, KPMG Peat Marwick, and American Management Systems. Laura holds a degree in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
