Seth Mickle is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as MEP Superintendent at Milhaus since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer at Powers & Sons Construction from July 2022 to May 2024, and Estimator and Assistant Estimator at D.A. Dodd, LLC from May 2020 to July 2022. Seth began their career with Kettelhut Construction as a Project Management Intern and previously gained experience as a Project Engineering Intern at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. Seth is a graduate of Purdue University, having completed studies from 2016 to 2020.
