Kelly Romine, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a track record in various roles within human resources and consulting. Currently serving as HR Manager at PowerPlan, Inc. since May 2022, Kelly previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant at PeopleTactics from March 2020 to May 2022. A stay-at-home parent from August 2015 to May 2022, Kelly also held the position of People Consultant at EY between September 2013 and July 2015, and managed HR as a Manager, HR Business Partner at ADP from August 2012 to August 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Recruiter at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta from November 2005 to August 2012, and Operations Manager/Recruiter at Axiom Staffing Group from October 2002 to November 2005. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Florida.
