Jason Belknap is an experienced Recruiting Manager with a strong background in full-life cycle recruitment across various industries, including IT, security, and corporate functions. Currently serving at PowerPlan, Inc. since May 2015, Jason previously held positions as Senior Recruiter/Manager at First Data, where responsibilities included leading a team of Senior Recruiters. Notable earlier roles include Senior Staffing Consultant at GenOn, where Jason specialized in sourcing strategies, and various senior recruiting positions at Verint, Mirant, and Act-1 Technical Services, the latter of which recognized Jason for exceptional hiring performance. Jason began the IT consulting firm Lanier and Associates LLC before managing the recruiting process at Renaissance Worldwide/Aquent.
