Joshua Kraft has a strong background in engineering and business development. Joshua began their career in 2008 as a Project Engineer Intern at Alstom Turbine Technology, where they facilitated projects, designed a budget tracking tool, and conducted feasibility studies. Joshua then moved on to Sigma Energy Solutions in 2010, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on power plant design and reliability analysis. In 2012, they joined Parametric Solutions, Inc. as an Engineer and Business Development Manager. In 2014, they started working as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant at Independent Engineering Consulting. Most recently, since 2016, Joshua has been employed at Powerphase, initially as the Director of Sales & Business Development and currently serving as the Vice President of Global Business Development. At Powerphase, they have been instrumental in the development and commercialization of their flagship product Turbophase, which improves the efficiency of combustion turbine power plants.
Joshua Kraft attended the Florida Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
