Jill E. Nyhus currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at PowerMyLearning, a national non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students from marginalized communities through equitable learning environments. In addition, Jill is a Chief Member in a private network aimed at advancing women into leadership roles. Previous roles include Vice President of Educator Quality, Communications and Public Policy, Business Development, and Consultant at Insight Education Group, Inc., where Jill led initiatives to recruit and retain educators across K-12 districts. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Technology for the District of Columbia Public Schools, Director of New Media Research & Development at Live Elements, Director of Technology & Web Strategy for Cable in the Classroom, and a classroom teacher within Prince George's County Public Schools. Jill E. Nyhus holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology Leadership from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Wheaton College.
