Dean Gradidge is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Human Capital Management Project at Powerlink Queensland, Dean ensures alignment of project outcomes with People and Culture frameworks and integrates systems for improved employee experience.
