Dean Gradidge is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Human Capital Management Project at Powerlink Queensland, Dean ensures alignment of project outcomes with People and Culture frameworks and integrates systems for improved employee experience. Previously, Dean held positions including Program and Change Management Specialist and Senior People and Culture Business Partner, focusing on strategic advice and change management within the People and Corporate Services Division. Prior experience includes HR roles at Energy Queensland, Monadelphous, Energex, Ingeus, and the South African National Blood Service, with a strong emphasis on building management capability and delivering HR services. Dean holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and completed executive leadership training at the CEB Leadership Academy.
