Zhou Quan is a skilled animator with extensive experience in the animation industry, currently working as a Freelance Animator at Powerhouse Animation Studios, Inc. since July 2023. Previous roles include Layout Director and Character Designer at Floyd County Productions from November 2022 to March 2024, and Animation Technical Director at Netflix from April 2022 to November 2022. Zhou Quan's career in animation began as an Animator at Floyd County Productions from September 2015 to April 2022, and includes an earlier position as an Animator at Bento Box Entertainment LLC from April 2015 to August 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from the Communication University of China (2007-2011).
