Ashley Lott, PHR has a background in human resources starting as a General Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise in 2011. Ashley has since held various human resources roles at different companies, including positions such as HR Generalist and Human Resources Manager. Currently, Ashley serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Powerhouse. Ashley's education includes attending Texas A&M University and Trinity Valley Community College.
